These terms govern your use of Nail Salon Tryon: NailARVR. Please read them carefully before using our app.
Introduction
Welcome to Nail Salon Tryon: NailARVR ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, content, features, and functionalities provided through our mobile application and affiliated services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is designed to provide augmented reality nail try-on experiences, allowing users to visualize nail designs in real-time using their device camera. Through the Platform, we provide AR visualization, a design library, color matching, and salon export features.
By using the Platform and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or any part of them, you must not access or use the Platform or Services.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered users and visitors. Access to the Platform and Services is restricted to individuals who are at least 13 years of age.
Eligibility and Registration
Age Requirements
- You must be 13 years or older to use our app
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You must comply with all applicable local laws
Account Security
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Subscription and Payment
- Premium Features: Access to premium features requires a paid subscription through Apple.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies.
User Obligations
Lawful Use
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights and privacy of others
Account Responsibility
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
Prohibited Uses
- Illegal Activities: No unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
- Security Violations: No unauthorized access or interference with the platform.
- Content Violations: No harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Intellectual Property: No infringement of intellectual property rights.
Child Safety Standards
We are committed to providing a safe environment for all users and have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
- Use of our app to exploit, abuse, or endanger children is strictly prohibited.
- We strictly comply with all applicable laws covering the protection of minors.
Reporting Mechanism
Nail Salon Tryon: NailARVR allows users to report child safety concerns in-app. You can also report any concerns directly to us at dincer@edgistlabs.com. We will immediately report any CSAE-related content or behavior to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGIST Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the limitations outlined above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
