These terms govern your use of the Nail Salon Tryon: NailARVR application. Please read them carefully before using our app.
Introduction
Welcome to Nail Salon Tryon: NailARVR ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, content, features, and functionalities provided through our mobile application and affiliated services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is designed to provide augmented reality nail try-on experiences, allowing users to visualize nail designs in real-time using their device camera. Through the Platform, we provide AR visualization, a design library, color matching, and salon export features.
By using the Platform and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Eligibility and Registration
- You must be 13 years or older to use our app
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You must comply with all applicable local laws
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Subscription and Payment
- Premium Features: Access to premium features requires a paid subscription through Apple or Google.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGIST Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
